Promotions and Contests
The Vigilant Monkey enjoys sponsoring contests and giving out free stuff. Such events may require the collection, processing, and storage of individual contact and demographic information, like your age and place of residence. Like we've been saying, any personal information you willingly give us will not be shared or sold to any outside parties. If we should choose to co-sponsor any events with other companies, you will be informed of the possibility of our having to share with them your contact and demographic information. We just want to make sure the free T-shirt gets to you. Or concert tickets. Or whatever it is we're cool enough to be giving away.

Comments on Articles
The Vigilant Monkey wants people to write, read, and respond to what is going on in the world, and for this reason, we have enabled registered users to comment on our articles. We do not actively monitor these comments, and they are to be regarded solely as the opinions of our users. If we are alerted to something we deem inappropriate in any way, we will delete it at our discretion.
